Grouse Mountain Lodge’s variety of event spaces, accommodations, and amenities paired with the many offerings of beautiful northwest Montana make it the perfect place to gather friends, family, and colleagues.

Grouse Mountain Lodge features 9 spacious meeting rooms with a distinct Montana feel, for a total of 11,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The largest is our 3,600 square foot Continental Divide Conference Center. We can accommodate groups up to 300 people. The private deck off the Glacier Room is adjacent to the Whitefish Lake Golf Course, and provides a perfect setting for a relaxing lunch break or evening reception.

Open seasonally is our Covered Pavilion that offers 3,200 square feet of outdoor event space. Conference and Event planning is easy with the assistance of our Convention Services Manager and experienced banquet staff. The Wine Room is our “Restaurant for Hire,” and features gourmet dining with an award-winning wine list. Our professional catering staff continually receives rave reviews from our Corporate, Association, and Incentive clients.

We offer a full complement of Audio Visual equipment and support with wireless high-speed internet access throughout the Lodge.

Continental Divide Conference Center

The Continental Divide, with its 3,520 sq. ft., is our largest meeting room and can accommodate 300 people in a theatre-style setting or a 250-person banquet. There is also the 1,035 sq. ft. of pre-function space in the Continental Divide Foyer. It is connected to the Lodge via a covered, outdoor boardwalk that features flowering gardens in the summer. The room can be divided into two equal areas with an air wall, which makes it ideal for meeting “breakouts” or dining on one side and a corporate meeting on the other. With the Continental Divide’s elegant decor, it can easily suit the business needs of our clients or appeal to requests for fine dining or a wedding reception.

Glacier Room, Foyer and Deck

The Glacier Room has 1,372 sq. ft. of conference space; the room lends itself well to casual meetings or events. The total meeting space includes the Foyer and Glacier Deck overlooking the beautiful greens of the Whitefish Lake Golf Club. The Glacier Room air walls divide this space into two separate rooms: the North Glacier, South Glacier, and Glacier Foyer and Deck. A wonderful extension of The Glacier Room, The Deck provides outside dining in the summer months. Enjoy a meal or hold your business meeting while overlooking the 18th fairway of the Whitefish Lake Golf Course. An attractive overhead trellis and green canvas awning provides some shade while a large stone fire pit provides a casual gathering place and a little outdoor Montana intrigue.

Upper Glacier Room

The Upper Glacier Room has 1,200 sq. ft. of conference space and views of the Whitefish Lake Golf Club from the Foyer. Wrought iron chandeliers and exposed beam cathedral ceilings add to the Montana atmosphere of this upstairs meeting space. The air wall divides this space into two equal meeting areas, the Nordic and Alpine Rooms.

Outdoor Pavilion

Our Outdoor Pavilion has the natural advantages of a wooded setting and adjacent lawn, perfect for a Montana-themed event. The Pavilion is available mid April through October and is equipped with heaters, lighting, PA system, and windowed walls that can be rolled up or down to accommodate weather conditions. The Pavilion can seat up to 250 guests and meals are served buffet style.

Wine Room

Known as Grouse Mountain Lodge’s “Restaurant for Hire,” The Wine Room creates a perfect environment to celebrate the art of winemaking as well as the preparation and presentation of fine cuisine. The entrance passes through a strikingly impressive wall of wine behind two-sided glass and temperature controlled cabinetry. Once inside, the warmth and intimacy of this Montana fine dining establishment surrounds you. The Wine Room can seat a maximum of 30 people, allowing the staff to provide personalized and stylish service of both fine wines and memorable cuisine.
